1. General information about the Shelter
1.1. The Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre “White rock Bear shelter” (hereinafter – the Shelter) is a structural subdivision of the Charitable Organization “International Charitable Fund “Save wild” (hereinafter – the Fund) and ensures the fulfilment of the tasks assigned to it.
1.2. In its work, the shelter is subordinate to, accountable to, and under the control of the Foundation.

1.4. The Shelter houses wild carnivores of various species, removed from conditions unacceptable to their biological needs.
1.5. In addition to wild species of meadow plants, invasive allergenic ragweed, Syrian cottonwood, and Canadian goldenrod grow on the territory of the Refuge.
1.6. The way to visit the Shelter is partly through a natural path and a pine alley, where contact with Hymenoptera insects and ticks is possible.
1.7. Video surveillance may be carried out in the Shelter to control the implementation of the Rules.

2. Persons to whom the Rules apply
2.1. The rules apply to the following persons (hereinafter – visitors): 1) persons visiting the Shelter with a purchased ticket; 2) media representatives, bloggers, other persons who are on the territory of the Shelter at the invitation/consent of the Foundation’s management.
2.2. Visitors are obliged to comply with these Rules and the requirements of the Shelter employees (animal care workers and other employees dressed in special clothes with the logos of the “White rock Bear shelter” and/or the Charitable Organization “International Charitable Fund “Save wild” fund (CO “ICF “Save wild”).

3. General recommendations for visiting the Shelter
3.1. To visit the Shelter, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes.
3.2. Please follow the weather forecast and take with you appropriate personal protection against the sun and rain (hats, umbrellas, drinking water, etc.).
3.3. We recommend that you carry an individual first-aid kit, equipped according to your state of health (presence of allergic reactions, problems with the cardiovascular system, etc.) and drinking water.
3.4. Follow well-known safety rules: do not step on hatch covers; avoid contact with metal structures during a thunderstorm; avoid eye contact with tree branches; do not try to catch insects, etc.
3.5. When receiving signals «Attention everyone! Air raid!» the Fund’s administration recommends visitors: quickly, without panic, take a place in the nearest protective structure (equestrian sports complex building) or hide behind concrete slabs, or a curb, and lie down in depressions in the ground.

4. Visitors are prohibited from the following actions on the territory of the Shelter
4.1. Access to enclosures, husbandry zones and other places with signs prohibiting the entry of unauthorized persons.
4.2. Direct physical contact with bears.
4.3. Feeding bears and other methods of coercion.
4.4. Scaring and annoying bears by making loud noise (shouts, loud conversations on the phone near the enclosures), and other actions.
4.5. Leave your children or animals unattended.
4.6. Eating food at a distance closer than 1.5 m from the fence of the enclosures.
4.7. Consumption of alcohol and drugs that cause narcotic and medicinal intoxication. To enter the territory of the Shelter in a state of such intoxication.
4.8. Being on the territory of the Shelter with pets is not allowed on a leash.
4.9. Climb over or throw (push) any objects over the fence.
4.10. Touch locks, latches, and Shelter equipment, try to open, break, and damage them.
4.11. Smoking on the territory of the Shelter, except for specially marked places.
4.12. Damage the greenery and landscaping elements on the territory of the Shelter.
4.13. Litter the territory of the Shelter.
4.14. Use drones and miniature UAVs without prior approval from the Shelter administration.
4.15. Use pyrotechnics and organize sources of open fire.
4.16. Inspection of animals in the dark is strictly prohibited. In some cases, visitors may be allowed access under a special mode of operation of the access zone and enhanced escort.

5. Shelter and Fund:
5.1. They are not responsible for the safety of visitors’ personal belongings and property.
5.2. Have the right to stop providing the service in case of violation of the requirements specified in clause 4.
